The Columbia River is a great source for recreation in Wenatchee. Here we see someone going longboarding right alongside Walla Walla Park. The river is great for other forms of outdoor recreation too, including swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, water skiing, and more. Yet another one of the great assets that Wenatchee residents, and those around North Central Washington, have to take advantage of.

Longboarding is a form of skateboarding, just with a longer board, similar to surfing or skateboarding but on wheels.
